I greatly appreciated the one on one review of all the documents to ensure I was aware of everything going into the offer agreement. Then the quick responses and fixes toward closing helped ease some of the frustration of how the appraisal went. Absolutely love the dog. Only thing I wish there was more of were updates on the steps between the offer and before closing. Specifically the appraiser going in, but I'm certainly very involved in knowing the whole process. Had a great experience buying our current and previous home with Lynette. Hopefully I won't need a realtor again but if I do I would absolutely work with Lynette again.
