After the apartment living became too expensive and no longer convenient for my family, I decided to try to purchase my first home. I felt very overwhelmed and "out of my element" because I hadn't expected to buy a home for another 3 years and I had no clue what I was doing. My partner recommended I turn to Lynette and Cathy since he had a wonderful experience with them previously. I reached out to Lynette and immediate the process started. She helped guide me and explain things to me during the entire process. She understood my needs and never tried to push me to a quick purchase on something that wasn't a good investment. She explained every pro of the homes we looked at and all of the cons. Lynette was always available at any time for my questions, which was great because I do not work typical hours that most people do. She stayed patient as we looked at homes in small towns she hadn't even been to before. All of my concerns about home buying during the start of this, faded away thanks to knowledge and experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Lynette and Cathy... I mean, they helped me find my home... but it's more than that. Lynette is a business woman and this is her career to do these things. However, she was more than just a realtor trying to sell a home. She was a friend. Funny, kind, relatable, trustworthy, patient and intelligent. All while purchasing her own home. She is basically superwoman in the realtor world and I don't think she gets near the credit that she should! My mother was even impressed with Lynette and wished she would have had her as her realtor. I recommend everyone to work with Lynette and Cathy, even if it is your first home and you're unsure. If none of this was enough to sway you to Lynette and Cathy, then I saved the best for last. Her name is Jada Mae. Who wouldn't want to purchase a home along side the cutest and best dressed security pup?! (:

Oh she listened to everything now we wanted and she was eager to put her opinion in and to guide us along the way of our purchase

Lynette is amazing! We bought this house through her, sold it through her, and bought another one after it. She is very caring to our needs and desires. She is very thorough and attentive. We highly recommend Lynette!

Lynette Williamson did an amazing job at helping us find and purchase our home. We are first time home buyers so we were very nervous about the whole process of buying a home. While searching for a home, she really looked out for us like family and valued our needs and we found a great home. She made the whole process very easy on and got us a great offer! She has even helped us post buying process with mortgage related things. We are so appreciative and we would love to have her as a realtor in the future if the need arises!
