Madrienna Rorex

Having never sold a home before I truly needed guidance to sell my parents house. She was very patient with me by answering my questions and gave suggestions for me to think about. She was never pushy or hard sell. I highly recommend her as an honest and trustworthy agent. I would definitely use her services again.

As you may know, the first time home buying experience can be brutal. Maddy made it as easy as possible and took the time to help me understand every step of the process and walk me through it. She was highly responsive to every question and request. She helped me find my dream home fast, exactly what I wanted, and helped me negotiate with the seller. On the human side, Maddy is so kind and friendly, and comforted me when everything felt overwhelming as a first timer. During the home buying process, I became suddenly very ill and was hospitalized for weeks in a cancer ward. Maddy sent flowers to my hospital room with words of strength. We moved forward with the buying process. Knowing that my health was fragile, she actually went into the home and disinfected everything top to bottom. I was moved to tears by this level of care. Needless to say, I had the best possible experience with Maddy and she'll be my choice in the future, and will refer everyone to her directly.
