Mae was wonderful! Once she had our house on her radar - before she was able to actually list the property, Mae was in motion. Doing background work, discussing pricing and marketing options. We were out of town for a month when we decided to list the property. At that point Mae went above and beyond and made the entire process easy to do from a distance. It was amazing! She took care of everything and set up an open house while we were still away. It was very successful and led to the sale of the house! We were super pleased! When we were nervous or uncertain, she brought a sense of experienced calm and reassurance. She's a good person to have on your side. Mae and Adam were so knowledgeable, accessible, communicative, and kind! We honestly had a blast looking at houses with them and they quickly developed a sense for what we were looking for. They helped us navigate the inspection and negotiation process expertly even though we weren't able to be there in person for most of it. There were a lot of extra things (like furniture in the house) to be accomplished to get the properety ready for sale. Mae went above and beyond to sell some of the furniture and remove what could not be sold. We could not have asked for a more cooperative and efficient realtor.
