The day that tours started, Maggie had 6 different walkthroughs lined up and by the end of the day, we had an offer above asking price. She helped us identify things we could do to enhance the appearance, helped us understand the best price to list at, and she made the process so easy for us. We're pretty busy people and so having someone that could streamline things for us was so valuable. When it came to buying our home, Maggie's connections to the industry came in handy and we were able to land a great house that hadn't been available yet. In a market that moves quickly, that connection allowed us to see the house, put in an offer, and get a great deal on it.
