Mahala Pearsall

Mahala was incredible to work with and truly listened to our needs while helping us find the perfect beach home in North Myrtle Beach. Her local knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She found us a home that checked every box on our wish list—including the bonus of a golf cart! We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Mahala to anyone looking for beach property.

Great experience with Mahala and John. Kept informed on every aspect of concerns with buyer and buyers agent. They went above our expectations.

My siblings and I all live out of town, as well as our mother. Having and completely trusting Mahala was a huge advantage. She was very helpful, and I felt she always had my mother's best interest at heart. Mahala always went the extra mile for us!🩷
