Manasi Kar did an outstanding job for us in selling this property. This was an Estate Sale and I live in Virginia. We relied in Manasi to work with the Plainsboro Township government office and work with many vendors in order to get the house up to code and certification. Manasi worked many extra hours in going back and forth to the house to communicate with me on the progress of several things that need to be fixed or repaired. Manasi would communicate several times with me each day. She was always very positive whenever we had another hurdle that we needed to cross.
