Manasi Kar was recommended to us by not 1 but 2 friends, who insisted we work with her for our home purchase. Being first time buyers, we were very nervous. In addition, we were buying & relocating from a town far away. Manasi Kar was the dream real estate agent.Manasi knows the market, knows the recent sales, knows all the communities & developments & it seems- she knows all the local agents too. Manasi showed us several homes across various price points & never pressurized us to make a choice. Manasi answered each & every question promptly & politely & it seems she knew all the answers to our endless questions. Our deal was seamless from start to finish! We will highly recommend her..& consider her a friend & our realtor for life.

We moved to New Jersey from Virginia and have been homeowners previously. We were surprised by how relaxed and easy going the entire process with Manasi Kar was right from the first phone call. Manasi listened to our needs/budget patiently and then described the options available for that. She did not try influence or rush us through the process of home selection. Manasi would give her opinion about the various houses and their trade off when asked without trying to push one house over the other - even if there was significant difference in home price. Also at no point Manasi tried showing off her vast experience the way many experienced realtors do in attempt to belittle prospective buyers concerns. I would gladly recommend Manasi to anyone looking to buy/sell a house. If we ever are back into real-estate market then am sure we will reach out to Manasi first!

This is our fourth transaction with Manasi Kar. Our house search was a rather long one but she worked patiently with us and did several showings throughout our extended search without any pressure to close on a house. She understands the local market and is very responsive to questions throughout the whole process. She was available for showings at all times based on our availability and convenience. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we'd strongly recommend her and would be sure to take her help for real-estate transactions in the future.

Understood our requirement and taste . Did not waste our time was very prompt in her communication at the same time very professional.
