Manasi is good at her job. She knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable in the local market. Ours was not an easy purchase with the sellers agent being rude at times but Manasi never lost her cool and protected and defended us at very stage. We wanted a good producer who has experience in the East Windsor area, is personable, client oriented, responsive, and good advocate for us. Manasi Kar exhibited all of these qualities and more right from the first meeting. Manasi Kar did a wonderful job of getting the photos and listing online very quickly, including an open house. The home sold very quickly to the first person who made an offer - mainly due to excellent preparation. She gave us excellent comps to base our price on, and we hit the mark very well with an offer just a little over asking. We did a pre-inspection that allowed us to take care of a lot of items up front. She advised us along the way on what we should fix from the inspection report. She made great recommendations of people to work with. Most importantly, she did some awesome negotiating on our behalf that simplified the inspection response to just the three most important items. Manasi Kar is also extremely dedicated and hard-working. We truly enjoyed getting to know her and felt like we were a team. She overcame any issues quickly going above and beyond with visits to the home with inspectors and contractors since we were out of town. I'd say she is a great ambassador for Keller Williams.

We didnt even have to show our home after 3 days. Even post going under contract, Manasi stayed fully engaged with the buyers side, making sure everything went smoothly from day one till closing.
