Manasi Kar is an excellent agent & by the end of our transaction, she felt more like a family member. Manasi understands your needs within the first conversation/meeting. Once she does, she goes right to work, to make sure that you & your families interests are always served, and kept as top priority. Manasi Kar also has an extensive network of referrals, which makes the process of attorney review, inspections, lending easy. Manasi is a hard worker, very transparent, very easy to get along with & uses her extensive knowledge to ensure your real estate journey is a smooth process, from start to finish. Thank you, Manasi! Continued success to you!!

Manasi Kar is a very experienced, very reliable real estate agent. In this market, anyone needs someone who is not only experienced, but also very diligent with the process. Manasi's commitment to her clients & to her work is absolutely spot-on! We meet Manasi Kar at an open house & since then, we knew we were in great hands. She guided us helpfully, worked diligently, negotiated expertly on our behalf & was a true asset throughout in our home ownership journey. Thank you, Manasi!!

We owe a big thanks to Manasi Kar! We have been house hunting for well over 2 years now & were loosing hope. Manasi Kar was referred to us & she immediately connected with us over a phone call. Since she took over our home hunt, everything fell into place. Manasi Kar is an asset to you, whether buying or selling. She knows the process, has an extensive contact & referral base & will strive to make your transaction seamless. Even when we ran into hiccups, Manasi took on the role that the agent on the other side should have taken on & made sure that things moved along. Without us asking Manasi, she could read our minds & clarify our doubts & bring things to our attention that we would not notice otherwise. Manasi Kar is diligent, very transparent, easy to relate too & makes sure she does everything in her power to ensure your home ownership dreams come true. Thanks to her, we are finally home owners after 2.5 plus years. Thank you, Manasi!! Wishing her much sucess in 2023 & beyond.

Manasi Kar is an excellent agent. We were referred to her by a friend, who had worked with her in the past. Manasi's attributes, which work in her favor & her clients favor are her integrity, work ethic( she is always reachable at a moments notice, always setting your mind at res & an intensely hard worker) & her market knowledge. It is a strange market to be looking to buy & sell in & anyone needs a seasoned professional by their side. Manasi's many many years of work experience show in every step of the process. She had the answer for everything;) We highly recommend Manasi!!

During the entire pre sales and sales process, Manasi was extremely professional, super responsive and always listening. She has a very good knowledge of the local market dynamics. She was with us every step, guiding us and helping us. Based on her advice, we moved our listing date earlier than planned. In hindsight that was the best decision we took as market turned very soon after we listed, and we might have a very different outcome. We highly recommend Manasi to anyone looking to sell/ buy property.

Manasi was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of local knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on renting in South Brunswik and I’m so thankful I did. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and Home inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents . Manasi will work with you to make your desires a reality. Best part about Manasi was that she was extremely patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! If you are looking to sell ,Buy or rent , Mansi is clearly the person you need to approach.

Manasi Kar is an excellent agent. Very proactive, very responsive & knows how to get the job done. I met Manasi at an open house & her knowledge of the process is immediately apparent. I decided that I would be working with Manasi to buy my home, because I valued her deep experience & timely advice. She knows the communities, process, the ins & outs of buying real estate like the back of her hand. I was extremely tied up with work projects when I was in the midst of buying my home, and Manasi took on a lot of the coordination between my attorney, lender & the sellers side, to make sure we closed on time. In addition, she has excellent recommendations available for inspectors, lenders, attorneys & anyone else involved in real estate. Manasi is an asset, a friend, a pleasure to work with & an expert in her field. Highly recommended.

We had no brokers in our several years of house hunting. Manasi was our first broker, who also helped us close the deal very quickly. In that sense, she was our first broker and she would be our one and only broker! And she is much more than a broker, she is like a family member now! She is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, problem solver, deal maker and all the best qualities one can think of can be added to this list! She was going above and beyond in helping every aspect of the process. Her guidance and advice helped us to close the deal quickly and smoothly! Manasi Kar's team Usha Akula was also excellent and highly helpful! 5 star ***** rating for both of them We would give her highest rating like AAA+++ rating and 5 star***** rating!!

My wife and I worked with KW and Manasi for the original purchase of our home and the subsequent sale a few years later. We were very satisfied with her local knowledge and service during both transactions.

Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Will definitely be using her again for future home purchases.
