Manasi Kar was excellent all the way!! meet & exceeded every expectation of an agent. we highly recommend her.

Manasi Kar is an experienced, diligent agent who knows the market very well & knows the market in Plainsboro township extremely well. She helped us with everything needed from recommendations for a stager, a painter, a handyman to prepare the home for sale and also coordinating with the township for the inspection, permits and other things needed for a smooth sale. She helped us with pricing the home well & we had multiple above asking offers within the first 24 hours of the home getting on the market. Manasi is diligent, friendly, efficient & gets the job done in a timely fashion, We highly recommend Manasi Kar to represent you whether buying or selling!!

I found Manasi's profile online & called her & 2 other agents for listing presentations. When Manasi came, she was well prepared with a presentation about the current market, and potential sales price for my home. I was impressed with her knowledge, level of commitment & service. Right away, without meeting the other agents, I hired her to list my property & we had multiple offers within 2 days. The whole sale, including coordinating with the HOA, township, dropping off the township papers( i was out of town for most of that time)..Manasi did everything for me with a smile. She is a trusted friend now & I have given her name to my friends & family!! Manasi knows what she is doing & does it A++ plus all the way!!!

Manasi was the reason we have our first home! Polite, Diligent, Hard working, always good with follow up, Responsive & Ethical, it was a dream like experience working with Manasi Kar. Manasi was indispensable to us. Manasi is a top notch agent!!

After working with Manasi to buy our first investment property around Plainsboro a few years back, me and my husband were convinced that she’s the only realtor we’ll ever need. Manasi helped us both look for our new house as well as sell our last house, and with each process, her knowledge, professionalism and terrific instincts have consistently guided us through to excellent outcomes. It is truly a pleasure to work with Manasi – I’ve found that she keeps his client’s best interests in sharp focus and you can always trust that she is on top of every detail, big and small, which brings great peace of mind in any real estate transaction. We are gald to have worked with Manasi.
