Mandy Gulley

As a military spouse and British citizen who’s lived in two different countries and many states, I understand the trials and tribulations that every move can bring. When PCSing to Oklahoma in 1996, my family thought it would be just another stop along the way in my husband’s military career. However, from day one, we just knew this was finally the place we wanted to put down roots for our family. Today I specialize in military moves, VA loans, first-time home buyers, cross-country, and international buyers. I serve Choctaw, Harrah, McLoud, Shawnee, Jones, Newalla, and the surrounding communities, and I am proud to hold the GRI, ABR®, SFR®, MRP, e-PRO®, and AHWD® designations. My areas of specialty include condos, multi-family properties, investments, land, commercial property, and single-family homes. Let me provide you with the detailed ROI and valuation calculations you’ll need to evaluate rental properties. Wondering what being a condo owner entails? I’m here to answer your questions.
