Marco did go above and beyond on this transactions of selling this unit I had. From talking to the tenant. Wich he’s not responsable to do so. Delivering letter notes etc... Even to help me walk the apartment to check how the tenant was leaving the unit. Not to many realtor do this. In my experience at least.
