This to me was a huge deal as I am a non-resident owner of the property. The communication was excellent. The document work was excellent. He offered to help facilitate numerous things to get the house listed, and assisted my tenant in several ways that proved to be invaluable in this sale. I basically had to go with a "feeling" in choosing my realtor and I couldn't be more pleased that I chose him.
