As the daughter of a deceased property owner, selling my mothers home was an emotional and overwhelming experience, Mardon HIckford was incredibly empathetic and professional from start to finish. She guided me step by step through every part of the process, making sure I understood what to expect and never felt alone in the decisions I had to make. Thanks to her support, the sale was smooth, stress-free, and we closed sooner than I had expected. I'm truly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a compassionate and knowledgeable realtor.

Outstanding Experience with Mardon Hickford! We had an excellent experience working with Mardon Hickford to sell our home. From start to finish, Marlon was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us the best possible outcome. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and organized. Her market insight and negotiation skills were outstanding — our house sold quickly in a terrible market. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend Mardon to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I have completed four real estate transactions and referred many friends and coworkers to Mardon. Her performance across all aspects of real estate transactions is top notch. She is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Mardon and Henry are a dynamic team and their guidance has been so valuable to me.

We were so pleased with all the work and effort Mardon Hickford put into selling our house. The market was terrible, but she didn't give up and tried new and different things to help us earn as much as could be expected for our house. She kept us up-to-date, gave us knowledgable information about the market, and helped us know how best to negotiate our sale. When our friends and family need a realtor, we always recommend Mardon!

It was a wonderful experience working with both Mardon and Henry. They were easy to talk to and listened to all our wants and needs. They would point out features for us to consider that we might not have noticed on our own. They made a stressful process an easy one. We love our new home Thank you Mardon and Henry.

Repeat customer. As always, Mardon's communication was top notch. Took a bit longer this time as the market seemed to soften slightly just as we listed. The house had some challenging characteristics but with hard work and the right expectations, both buyer and seller received fair value.
