Mardon was extremely professional and organized. She took the time to listen to our needs and find us exactly what we were looking for. We trust Mardon greatly, as she helped us find our new home while we were still living 1,300 miles away! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Mardon Hickford was highly recommended. Now I will highly recommend Mardon too! Mardon understood what we wanted. She gave us the information we needed, she planned for contingencies, explained everything to us as we went through the process, and she executed the deal per our wishes. It went easily and smoothly. This was the perfect sale! I found it both very helpful and a relief to learn that she works late, and I could bounce a question off her and she would answer it right away. She never made us wait to get the info we needed.

Mardon is the perfect real estate agent. She’s professional, compassionate, and an exceptional deal-maker with great communication skills.

Mardon was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Always felt she protected our interests, and kept us immediately up to date. She knew the area so well, and knew to direct us to areas that fit our needs. Highly recommend!

Mardon did a great marketing job. She was easy to work with and answered calls quickly. All strong efforts to get it sold. Closing was easy.

We recently purchased our new home with the help of Mardon Hickford. Her kind nature, professionalism, vast knowledge of the housing market and overall positive attitude made her an absolute joy to work with! Mardon always made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we knew exactly what the next step in the home buying process would be. We really appreciate everything she did to ensure a positive home buying experience. We highly recommend Mardon and will be sharing her business info with anyone who is in need of a phenomenal realtor!
