From my first telephone call contact with Margaret, I knew she was very knowledgeable about the local Nipomo real estate market. Her presentations including the Comparative Market Analysis, flyers , photos and Video of our listing were very professional . There were several issues that had to be dealt with as well as a multiple Escrow offer, which made the process more difficult. We were absentee owners which also made the process more difficult for us. In every way. Margaret either had a direct solution for , or a recommendation for solving that issue. She did things for us that generally a Realtor doesn't do, such as keeping an eye on the property, sprinklers, meeting repair professionals, and even putting out the trash cans every week!
