Margaret was very helpful through the whole searching and purchasing process. I encountered several hurdles through the process and she was patient and understanding through all of it. She was always professional and a joy to work with.

Buying or selling a house is stressful. Margaret sure makes it easy. You should just stop looking for realtors and contact Margaret. She is fabulous! She is very well connected and knows what's going on in the area. We provided her with a very specific list of requirements and she found the perfect house, quickly and negotiated well ensuring we paid a fair price. Her communication was spot on. We always knew what was going on and she answered all questions clearly and quickly. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Ocean Breeze realtor, Margaret Morris, is a pleasure to work with. She is accessible, patient and prompt. I appreciated that she understood how to navigate through all of the Seller and Buyer negotiations and requests with respect for all. She did go “the extra mile” to see the selling process through with minimal surprises. Her many years of experience is very evident in her knowledge and performance.

Because we were buying a vacation home and didn't live in the area we needed to completely trust our agent. I can say on behalf of myself and our family that we completely trusted Margaret Morris! She did an amazing job selecting homes to view, negotiating with sellers and was timely in completing paperwork. I would highly recommend Margaret to anyone looking to buy a home at the Central Coast.
