Maria Costa

We were very lucky to have contacted Maria Costa through a Zillow search. We were looking for a rental property in Boynton Beach FL. She contacted us and from the first time we spoke she collected information from us and helped us find the perfect rental for us. She is very pleasant and professional to work with. Knew exactly what we wanted and needed. We would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by Maria Costa (of Century 21 Tenace Realty). As my wife and I were searching, Maria helped locate an extremely attractive Seasonal Rental for us (beginning 2027). Once we committed, Maria made the adminstrative process So Easy, Simple, & Seemless. She professionally guided us through the entire process. Maria was meticulous in communicating the financial obligations - so honest! - with no hidden costs or fees. In an etremely timely fashon, Maria handled all the initial communcations with the property owner, and (electronically) provided us with the (development) rental application and everything associated with the actual lease itself. Our approval process was successful and we are on our way to sunshine-in-the-winter!!! So excited! THANKS MARIA!!!

Realtor Maria Acosta has been a joy to work with twice so far. Maria is very knowledgeable about the area and current markets, and has gone over and above with assisting me and my personal real estate needs. In fact, she recently secured an offer-market property that perfectly met my criteria. Absolutely love working with Maria as she has that Go getter mentality!! I have no need to look elsewhere.
