The most important thing to me is for my broker to be very knowledgeable and to be able to act quickly when moving forward with a purchase. Maria was great, she communicated on a regular basis, she followed up emails with phone calls, and she answered all of my questions along the way. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The emails that were sent to me daily were one of the most helpful tools for me. Maria was familiar with the community which was great because I wasn't familiar at all even though it was an area that I was interested in. She set up an handled the home inspection and she negotiated the price and credits for me. Closing went well and was on time as scheduled. Maria is friendly and extremely helpful with every aspect of the purchase. I am very busy so if I didn't respond to an email or if I missed one she always made sure to call me to keep me on track. I was a little nervous about buying this property but I felt much more comfortable with Maria taking care of the details and helping me choose something that really suits what I needed.
