She made the home buying process very comfortable and less stressful. Maria Strong negotiated our closing help with the seller’s agent and kept us in the loop during the entire process. She selected the settlement agency and recommended an inspector for us so we didn’t have to do any of that. Again, she is very knowledgeable and spoke to other contractors on our behalf on negotiating prices and home improvement costs, etc in the beginning of our journey. Maria is a professional and detailed oriented individual. Her expertise made our home buying process smooth.
