I cannot recommend Maribel Lopez and the Essence Realty Team enough! Selling and buying a home at the same time felt overwhelming, but Maribel guided me through every step. From staging, pricing and marketing my home to helping me find and secure my new home, she was always available to answer questions, provide honest advice, and advocate for my best interests. Maribel's knowledge of the local market was invaluable. She helped me sell my home quickly, negotiate successfully on my new home, and navigate every detail of the process with confidence. What impressed me most was her responsiveness and dedication, she truly treated my transaction as if it were her own. Thanks to Maribel and her amazing team, I was able to close on both transactions smoothly. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, ardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients(she truly does), Maribel is the one you want by your side!!!

Marisol Perez is an amazing young lady. Professional, kind and very easy to work with.

I absolutely love Maribel and the team. My 3rd time around with them and I still understand why I continue over and over again. They are communicative, caring, knowledgeable and most importantly they get the job done! They go above and beyond for their clients. Maribel is such a great leader for her team and they don't disappoint. Melissa was great to work with and was great at following up. I love this team! Excited to continue to work with them for future opportunities.

Maria has been incredible to work with for my rental property. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and precise in everything. Her communication, attention to detail, and follow-through made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m grateful for her support and highly recommend her and the team to anyone looking for a reliable property management.

We had the pleasure of working with Maribel on the recent purchase of our forever home here in Naperville. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Maribel and her team! From the very beginning she was informative, warm, kind, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us find the perfect home for our family- no easy task in a challenging market. She took the time to understand our needs and wants (which sometimes changed throughout the few months we worked together), and always made us feel like her priority. Maribel was incredibly thoughtful with every piece of advice she offered. She was amazing with our kids, making them feel included and valued throughout the process. Her persistence and determination were unmatched, and with her positive attitude and grit, she was able to make our dreams come true. She was our advocate every step of the way, ensuring we made informed decisions and felt confident in them. Thanks to her hard work and genuine heart, we are now in a home we adore.
