Marisol Was an excellent agent to work with. Very professional & friendly. Very accommodating & open with communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to family & friends

Maribel Lopez with Essence Realty Team is an expert in her field and for that I am grateful. Maribel found us our dream home. The Essence Realty Team led us through the entire process of buying and selling seemlessly. Maribel and the Essence Realty Team was attentive and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Maribel and the Essence Realty Team to friends and family.

We definitely want to thank Maribel, Marisol and the whole team for making our dream of becoming homeowners a reality. It was definitely a hard/tough process especially with this market but their help made it so much easier to deal with. We will definitely recommend them to our friends, relatives and anybody looking to buy or sell a property and we will definitely need you guys in the future when we're ready to relocate. Thanks again!

Essence Realty Team went the extra mile by really ensuring that we got into a home we liked as a family - this alone was a huge because a lot of cash buyers are buying up homes at the moment. The team was extremely communicative with us during the process and made sure to help keep our schedules and theirs, aligned and organized. I would recommend working with this team if you're looking for a group of leaders that will take initiative, have a passion for people, and are knowledgeable in their field. Michelle and Dennis were absolutely the best to work with, especially during this longer construction process
