Marie DeMartino has gone above and beyond to help us not only find a lot to build on, but explain and help with the year long process. We could not have done it without her. While she has many clients, Marie made us feel like we were her one and only. She was always available to talk or answer our many questions and never made us feel rushed. We are 1000% satisfied/ maybe even more and hope to keep a friendship with her as we move across the country to our new home. Her attention to detail is impeccable and one of the things I loved from our very first conversation!! We feel blessed to have found her. I can't say anything bough good things about her. Marie was great from the beginning! The whole process of me moving took a very long time almost 2 1/2 three years. Marie stuck with me the whole time and was patient and continue to knowledge me about the area. Marie took time outside of work during her personal time and family time to answer questions that I had. She was a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend her to another family.

Marie was so helpful when helping me find a home. I had very specific needs which she helped and listened the whole way through. She went above and beyond by contacting the vendors needed to make sure my home was completely accessible to me. She is so knowledgeable about the area which made this out of state move flawless! We would never be able to get into this property at the time we did without the help from Marie. Both when finding the home we actually purchased, and in the time leading up to it as we where looking for options in the marketplace Marie was superb to work with. She was always responsive on our MANY questions, and she taught us so many things that we would never even think about on our end. Her experience and guidance throughout the process was extremely helpful, and we could not have asked for a better broker to get us through this process. Marie always made herself available to help out, and even though we had many questions throughout this period she was always super patient and understanding with our questions. She would always take the time to properly explain everything we needed to know, and her expertise was showcased all along the process. Marie is the perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond and pays close attention to detail. I came across Marie in a local mom group on social media and when I reached out, she was very prompt and both friendly and professional right off the bat. Marie helped us close on a new construction in November 2021 and not only was she very knowledgeable in that area but she made us feel like we were her priority - especially knowing that she was working with several other families in this crazy market. One thing that stood out is that Marie is very organized and would take notes during meetings with our builder, which she would then send back for our reference. During one meeting, my husband and I expressed interest in putting up a fence in the backyard and not even a day later, Marie emailed us a list of fence contractors that she is familiar with. Buying and building a new construction home can be a long and stressful process but we were very happy to have Marie in our corner representing us!
