Marie reached out on social media. It was evident she knew a great deal about the area, the school district (did not advise on one vs. the other, of course, but about the FM schools). Marie also knew a great deal about the different subdivisions and was comfortable assisting in a new build. She was also available, but not pushy. I have already recommended Marie to a few different people looking to relocate to the area. I genuinely feel like Marie is now a friend after spending about year start to finish building my home. It is also imperative to mention, the last 3 months of the process I was dealing with Covid in NY, and being barred from entering the state of SC. Due to the fact I could not make it down, she had the additional responsibility of doing the inspection and final walk through. I could not have been more happy or comfortable with an agent given trying to close on a home in 2020. I am incredibly grateful to have had the chance to build my dream home with Marie.
