This was the first home purchase for my husband and I. We were not confident about knowing the process of purchasing a house and all that was involved. Mariella really took the time to explain everything to us so we understood. She brought up things and saw things we may not have thought about or seen, especially being first time home buyers. When it came to closing she may sure everything was in line and completed to ensure a smooth closing. My husband and I both work full-time so it was nice to have someone who was able to relay information and follow up with the builder and other parties.
