This was probably her most difficult sale ever going through 2 hurricanes and a difficult tax situation while she provided owner representation but she pulled it through and we are very grateful of her work.

Our family has moved many times, and bought quite a few homes. Each purchase comes with interactions with realtors, but previously none has stood out as being clearly above the others we've worked with. This changed with Marilyn. From the first meeting, with a professional analysis of the house laid out clearly, with next steps to get to listing, she was fully on-point and driving us to a successful sale and closing. She was easy to stay in touch with via calls or texts, and consistently, but kindly, pushed the process forward. As my job caused my family to move 2 hours away before the house was listed, there were potentially problems getting repairs done to the house or having maintenance done. However, Marilyn stepped in and handled all of the logistics of getting anything done that helped move the house towards closing. Her estimate of the home price was right on target, the effective marketing including social media was impressive, and her commitment to moving things along continued to impress us as the process went along. If something needed to be done, fixed, house opened, plumber called, or anything else, she was willing to do what needed to be done to get the home sold. From start to finish she also displayed a level of attention to detail that was impressive. Clearly a conscientious person, from the first analysis she delivered, to the day before closing reviewing the closing documents (on a weekend!), finding errors with it, and communicating on our behalf with the title company to correct them, she was on top of it. We've never had such a professional, motivated, engaged, communicative real estate agent before.
