Marilyn helped us with a relocation to Lake Charles from Katy, Tx. The relocation process was difficult, but Marilyn made it so much easier for us. She coordinated a closing date/time that was convenient for us since we were coming from out of town. She was also able to be there for inspections and walk-thru’s in our place. I would recommend her because she is reliable, knowledgeable and always easy to reach. We have worked with her three times and she’s just the best!

Marilyn understood my price range and my desires in terms of living. She provided filtering based on my criteria and chose appropriate areas and homes that fit all of my requirements. She provided information that was not asked of such as community information, opinion on investment over time, and school zone/crime/neighborhood/amenity information. This was all helpful in making my final choice. She also expedited responses from the lender on my behalf after they failed to respond to my queries.

The home purchase process is already a scary experience and with Marilyn by my side to explain everything that was going on, I knew I was in good hands. Mrs. Marilyn handled everything from start to finish. Century 21 brokers may have helped out as well, however, we were able to just go straight to her with everything which made things very convenient considering I was out of state. Because I was out of state, she met with all of the inspectors and even paid for the services when they would not take credit cards over the phone. A++++
