Having Marilyn as my realtor was like having an "easy button". She was understanding of my concerns as a first time homebuyer and guided me through the process.

Thanks Marilyn for your time and effort in finding a home that fit my needs. I would highly recommend you to anyone that needed a very professorial realtor

We've been fortunate enough to have Marilyn as our agent for the purchase of several homes. She's always been wonderful and done a fantastic job on a personal as well as professional level. We wouldn't think of working with anyone else!

Very knowledgeable and professional Marilyn knows her Lake Charles market very well and she keeps abreast of all new developments in the housing market.

Working with Marilyn Boudreaux was a very pleasurable experience. She really took into consideration all of our needs and wants when selling and purchasing our home. She made it feel like we were her only clients and put our needs above anything else she had going on. I would definitely recommend Marilyn's services to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
