Marilyn is my favorite agent that I have used in the past 10 years!!

Marilyn is the best and we are always overly pleased with her services. We will not use a different realtor because we have always had such great success with her

We have used Marilyn Boudreaux for all of our real estate transactions since we have moved to lake Charles and she has consistently provided phenomenonal results. She has not tired in her passion for guarenteeing client satisfaction over the years we have used her. Even with the constant changes in real estate, she has maintained her knowledge of the area and provides sound advice when it comes to buying and selling. We will never use another realtor as long as Marilyn is around

Marilyn proved herself time and again in our long search for just the right house. She found us just what we were looking for and when our bid was not accepted, she suggested giving a back up bid which was accepted by the sellers. The primary fell through and we got our house! Marilyn's attention to detail and desire to see her clients satisfied is why we will use her again if we should sell or buy another property in the area.

Marylyn Boudreaux was very helpful and understanding. I had several factors that had to happen to sell and purchase my new home. She made it very fast and explained everything perfectly. She made what could have been a very stressful experience alot easier. Thanks

Marilyn went out of her way to make our experience exceptional. Even in the light of issues we had with the builder she still maintained her professionalism and service minded personality. She spent time on weekends to take us trough the city and gave us a splendid tour. She kept us informed throughout the transaction. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone any day!
