Very knowledgeable and very helpful. The best realtor I ever had.

I would recommend Marilyn if I need a home

She is honest and helpful when looking at houses. Had no problem answering any and all questions I had. When I was having issues with my initial lender, she was very patient while I got things worked out. Had no issues when I changed lenders last minute.

Marilyn was very knowledgeable. Her experience makes the home buying and selling process go smoothly. She brings another set of eyes to the home and walks through every detail. I would recommend Marilyn Williams to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. She is professional and available to her client.

She went beyond what I expected

Very knowledgeable! Quick Response. Go getter.
