Mark, overall, is everything a realtor should be. Down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and blunt when he needs to be if there's any red flags about any listings or properties. Despite not having any experience with other realtors I've heard some come off as "salesmen". No one wants a car salesmen who is selling homes. That wasn't the case with Mark. You tell him what you're wanting, and he's constantly looking for exactly what you want for a home. I would definitely recommend him to others, as well as work with him if we ever decide to look for another home.
