We are first time homeowners and lived in another city. We didn't fully grasp what we were getting into and also didn't want a "yes" man. Mark was honest, polite and a joy to work with. It's so cliche but he made us feel like family. We knew he had our best interest in mind and he was extremely patient with us. Mark is one of kind and an excellent realtor. There's not enough nice things I could say about Mark, he is truly a blessing.

We can not speak highly enough about Mark! He went above and beyond for our family. As first time home buyers he made the process so simple. He was there for us every step of the way. We are so grateful for him and all of his help.

The best realtor I have ever worked with I would recommend for any purchase whether they buy a 1,000,000 dollar home or a starter home he will take care of you regardless of what you are looking for.

Mark was outstanding, he really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new home. Professional, courteous, responsive, dependable, and really made us feel like we were his only customers even though we knew he had others. Best experience with a real estate agent ever which is why I am also using him to sell the existing home in New Braunfels. I will recommend Mark to all my friends and family for their real estate needs in the future.

Mark was in constant contact with us until we found a house.

Mark Biscardi is fantastic. I was assigned to him from Rocket Mortgage when I was pre qualified. I ended up not going through that lender, but was so impressed and comfortable with Mark to call him and let him know he was my guy. I have many friends and acquaintances that are in the business, but I wanted to stay with Mark and the Scott Meyers Century 21 team and I was right, they are the best. Mark was there every step of the way. He was honest and very thorough and assured me would find the right house for me. I have an agent for Life now, that's how I feel. I wouldn't use anyone else unless he was retired.
