The Carter Team

Paula and Mark Carter, experienced real estate agents, are The Carter Team – assisting sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in transactions throughout the Greater Boston area and surrounding communities. In 2024, they welcomed Jodi to the team after she successfully obtained her real estate license and becoming a REALTOR®. Jodi brings her marketing expertise to the team, enhancing their ability to showcase properties and reach a broader audience. As true Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty agents, The Carter Team provides unparalleled service, unmatched professionalism, and the highest ethical standards. Paula and Mark are both graduates of Bentley College and currently reside in Waltham after raising their two daughters in Belmont. Their local knowledge of Massachusetts is extensive – Paula is a third-generation Belmontian, while Mark grew up on the North Shore in Hamilton. The Carter Team treats each client like family, guiding them with care and expertise to find their dream homes. With a strong business background, they approach every transaction with honesty, integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and trust. These qualities set them apart and ensure a seamless real estate experience. Let our family show your family the way home!
