I was looking for a home in AZ, but living in CO during my home search. Mark checked in every week and was always willing to go check out the properties for me and do a video call to show me the place. When making offers he was always available to talk through any concerns and answer questions to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. I really appreciate his responsiveness and flexibility throughout the entire process!

Mark had very good knowledge, was very straightforward with me about everything within the whole process. He made himself available to me whenever was needed, very flexible with his schedule to find times where we could meet to go view houses and answered all the questions I had quickly and with good detail. Everything he did was advocating for me throughout my home buying process. Everything was done on time, no setbacks at all. I was made aware of all the information I needed in order to move forward. He was always available by text, phone, or email; had great recommendations and info materials on the market and what to expect. He was extremely quick and thorough when writing offers on our behalf, and was just truly great to work with and get to know. Mark was very communicative on every step of the closing process, especially with compiling appraisal comps and communicating with the sellers agent on those comps. As first time homebuyers, it was important to us to understand each step and Mark was great at explaining everything and answering every question that we had.
