Mark is a very personable guy, he knows how to talk to people, he's knowledgeable about the area, and he doesn't try to push you into anything. Being comfortable around a real estate agent is key, as well as being able to trust that his interests are in league with your own - and Mark fit into that role perfectly. When it comes to communication, Mark has never failed to pick up the phone. In fact, he prefers that as the method of exchanging information. No delays, just an immediate response. The goal for an agent of any kind is to make the client feel like they're the top priority (or only client!) and Mark does that with ease. I won't hesitate to use him in the future.

Mr. Rayment was absolutely phenomenal! Mark took the time to clearly understand what I was looking for. After looking at about 5 or 6 houses, Mark clearly listened to what my requirements were because he was able to really narrow down my search and only show me houses he knew I would love. The only reason I am in the house I now am in, which I absolutely LOVE, was due to Mark's determination. The seller caused a lot of grief and delays in the purchasing process and I was ready to give up on the house. Mark did everything in his power to make the deal happen, not because he wanted the commision but because he knew it was the house I really wanted. You have an amazing team member in Mark Rayment and I would not ever consider doing business with anyone else. For this reason I have referred several friends and family members to Mark that have made purchases and they would tell you the same thing about him as well. I usually prefer not to refer friends and family because my name and reputation are on the line, but in Mark's case, he is one of the few people that I don't hesitate for a second to refer because I know that I can make a referral, walk away and never hear anything other than how great he took care of them. Mark truly is one of the very few business people that I have encountered that has the integrity and honesty as a core value. I always knew throughout the entire process that his commision was never a driving factor in his advice and dealings, yet his commision was a byproduct of excellent customer service!

Mark did a great job for me - he asked just the right questions to help tailor the search to what I was looking for. I was on a tight time schedule, but Mark found me the perfect home!

As an out of town buyer Mark Rayment was my eyes and ears in Phoenix. In terms of helpfulness and getting information needed to complete the purchase he exceeded all my expectations. When I came to Phoenix to see the outlined properties he was organized and had very helpful comments regarding the properties. The whole process was a very enjoyable experience. I would thoroughly recommend Mark if you are looking for a real estate agent.

The updates on property information I find very helpful that Mark sends to me. I plan to sell one of my homes in the future and for sure Mark will be listing it. He is very friendly, easily approached and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He did everything we asked of him and did it well. There's not much more to talk about.
