Since we have moved to Texas, we will no longer be able to use Martha's services, but we would highly recommend her to any who are shopping for homes in the Lynchburg area!

Martha is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Lynchburg . She knew how to price our house and sold it in two days . She was very professional and used every precaution bringing people into our home during the pandemic . The photographer she used was excellent and we were very happy with the pictures . We have already recommended her to a friend and his house was sold in just a few days as well . If you want someone who really knows the market, we highly recommend Martha .

For over 30 years Martha has been our realtor. After the first meeting on our first home purchase, we've not had the desire to go anywhere else. When we approached her about property in another locale, she directed us to a realtor who was familiar to that region-and still followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Great Realtor. Great friend.

If one is looking for an agent who will have their best interest in a stressful ordeal of selling their home , Martha Howell is the agent to seek out. I have the highest regard for her honesty and integrity.
