I would recommend Marty Soller because he is very patient and knowledgeable. He gave us accurate information on what each property would probably sale for and ways to help us have a more positive bid. He was the complete opposite of "pushy" relator and did not encourage us to place a bid on any property that we were hesitant about. He was very patient in helping us locate the correct place for us to relocate and at the price we where able to afford. He never pushed us to go beyond our price range or make us feel bad that we were not able to afford a higher priced property.

We were out of state buyers 4 years ago looking for a condo for our son. Marty worked hard to find the condo as there was not a lot available. This was the last place we looked at and new on the market. We always knew we would call Marty again when the time came to sell. We were out of state sellers but that was fine because Marty was always available to talk or e-mail. The time difference is 3 hours so sometimes Marty would talk or e-mail after 11pm Columbus time. The guy works hard!
