Marty helped us from the moment we decided to sell the house and purchase a new house. He stayed in touch with us for about a year and helped us through remodeling and fixing our house to get it ready for the market. He told us what exactly needs to be done and would come and check to give us more information while we were in the process of fixing our house. He brought the best photographer and put our house in the market and sold it in 2 days a lot over the asking price. To me it really was like a miracle. He is a true professional. He also helped us buy our dream house. He is an awesome person to be around and he made this whole process a fun and a learning experience for us. My kids still talk about Marty and miss him.
