This was not a highly priced property so it would have been easy and somewhat understandable if this sale was treated as a low priority but Mary Beth gave us the same attention and support as she would have if this was a million dollar listing. I appreciate that! Mary Beth was never inaccessible, always on top of the sales effort, clearly communicated what was happening and provided options for next steps when it was needed during the sales effort. Mary Beth made the process so easy. We were out-of-state property owners and she handled everything from finding service people to coordinating with our tenant to even doing some light cleaning to prepare the house for photos.
