Mary Beth was positive and encouraging through the whole process. She did a wonderful job in representing us and marketing our home..... . Mary Beth represented us in a fiduciary manner in a most pleasant way

We contacted Mary Beth Welsh to help us decide when best to put my mother's house on the market. That afternoon, she was at the house (about 45 minutes away from Windsor) assessing the house. Rather than wait until spring, she suggested that we list the house quickly, after a few minor updates. Within a few days she provided us with several referrals for painters, and within 2 weeks, the house was on the market! She used clever marketing with a "coming soon" sign that peaked local interest and we had 20+ viewings on the 1st weekend, with multiple offers. It was an older home with few comps, so she performed extensive research and priced the house exactly right, as the house appraised close to the sale price. She helped us navigate the multiple offers by gathering as much data possible from the prospective buyers and presenting the up- and downside of each offer. During inspection, she quickly provided us several contractor referrals for any repairs needed and helped facilitate access to the house so little or no work was required on our part. Selling a house can be one of life's most stressful events, but Mary Beth helped us sail right through it! We were impressed with her quick responses, her depth of market knowledge (even outside of the local Hartford area), her attention to detail, her contractor referrals, and her "can-do" attitude. We would highly recommend Mary Beth Welsh and will surely use her in any of our future real estate transactions.

Mary Beth was very helpful in the past and made us feel very comfortable during our previous experience with her, so there was no doubt when needing a realtor this time around on who we should call.

Mary Beth was amazing through this whole process. Her knowledge and guidance kept us (mostly) calm. She was constantly in touch and keeping us apprised of updates. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone and everyone we know!

Mary Beth Welsh is extremely knowledgeable about homes and the buying process. As first time home buyers, it was important to us to have a realtor who could teach us about the process and help us understand what to look for in homes. Mary Beth stuck with us through a long search process and many offers to help us find our dream home and we are so thankful!
