From the first phone call, i could tell she was energetic, professional, competent and interested in what I was doing. Everything that occured after that was surprising and above expectations. Without prompting, she went over to the house, did an exterior and interior walking tour on video, uploaded it to YouTube and sent me the link. You're hired. Everything she did after that was just as good if not better. She managed appointments, scheduled inspections, repair estimates, and on and on. Now, to paint the picture, I'm from Oregon, i'm 2000 miles away when all this is happening. She's calling, texting, emailing me updates for a month. She talked to my wife and helped her understand a little more about Texas. After closing, when I flew in and went to the house, i found a nice welcome gift basket on the kitchen counter, and some cold drinks in the fridge. She's just a geniunely nice person who's excellent at her job. Highly recommend, best realtor i've ever had.
