Mary Bradley handled the sale of our home at the same time as working with us on the building process of our new home. It was very helpful having Mary deal with the builder especially when they wanted to change the terms of the contract. Mary recommended wonderful inspectors and movers as well. Buying and selling a home was very stressful, but Mary Bradley was very patient and understanding. Mary would check in just to see how we were feeling about the process and to make sure we didn't need anything from her. Mary Bradley made the entire sale/build process manageable for my husband and myself. She also made sure to include my daughter in the process. My daughter is 8 and had only lived in one home, but Mary made the process exciting for her too. One of the most amazing things that Mary did was document the entire build process. I of course had taken pictures as the home was being built, but Mary took pictures that included my family. It was wonderful to receive all the pictures that Mary had taken and to see the process documented. That is another example of how thoughtful Mary is.

Mary Bradley is outstanding when it comes to her level of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. She works with multiple clients at once, yet makes you feel as though you are her only and the priority. Mary went above and beyond to make sure I had every piece of data and information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with making an offer. She acted as my consultant by helping me come to the table with a solid and well thought out offer. She informed me of alternate options and then allowed me the time and space I needed to make a decision. She took every single one of my phone calls. Day or night. Mary helped me understand the terms of the contract and clarified areas where I was unclear or needed additional details. Mary acted as my advocate, dealing directly, professionally, and assertively with the other agent. In short, she was The Driver and yet allowed me to take the wheel and feel as in control of the process as was needed. I appreciated her pro-active, take charge approach ('time is of the essence') in order to keep the deal alive and moving forward. Mary is outstanding. I had spoken to a couple of agents before meeting with Mary. She made me feel most comfortable, and came into the meeting the most prepared. Both Mary and her presentation were very professional. I actually met with an agent that showed me comps that was nothing more than what I would have pulled myself. Meeting with Mary was nothing like that! Mary did her homework and came prepared with not only numbers about the comps, but details like this house had a remodeled kitchen, etc.

Initial contact with Mary gave us a great impression of her professionalism and knowledge. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor. Mary....Mary is a force. She elevates the mood and makes selling your house FUN! When times got stressful Mary was there with an uplifting conversation, a thoughtful gift on the porch or singing to my children on the phone. Her communication was THE BOMB. The prep work was frustrating but WORTH IT. Listen to Mary... she knows what she is doing! We listed our house and had MULTIPLE offers within two days. When we closed we realized we all of a sudden had $2500 more at closing. Just a few days before closing we found out my husband had a brain tumor. We were told malignant. We had no idea what our future held for us but Mary felt called to give back her commission and it ended up covering the cost of my husbands Neurosurgeon to remove the tumor. Mary is not just my agent for life but she is my friend for life. I truly love her and all that she is. You are winning when you have Mary in your corner.

When purchasing in an area I was unfamiliar with and couldn't visit due to the pandemic (we were living out of state), it was critical to have someone with direct knowledge of the neighborhood we were interested in. We relied heavily on her answers to questions that only someone who was very comfortable with the area would give us. Without it, we would just be relying on faith and crossing fingers that it would be the right fit for our family. Mary worked with our realtor to make sure that the needs of the sellers were met as well as ours as the buyer. She was able to make sure they were comfortable with their own terms as well as ours and always helped to find a happy medium. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or made to feel "duped" in to a term or condition I wasn't comfortable with. She was honest throughout the entire process which we greatly appreciated, whether it was to our benefit or not. All in all, the whole thing start to finish was incredibly smooth and not stressful. Everything was done on time, signed on time and went as flawlessly as anyone could have hoped! We appreciated how well she worked as a team with our realtor to make sure both parties were satisfied. I was actually taken back by how genuine Mary is. She's incredibly supportive which I quite honestly didn't expect as the potential buyer! Her communications were always professional and positive and it's hard not to just want to immediately like her. Everything she did I felt like came from a place of caring and again as out of state buyers, it was refreshing to find that we felt she cared about seeing if her listing was a fit for our family. We never felt pressured in any way and we are very thankful that it never came across that way. Mary is a little ray of sunshine that I appreciated in our lives, especially during this time of uncertainty. Everything she did on her end was extremely fluid and quick. They wanted a quick close and our realtor worked with Mary and the sellers to make sure inspections and appraisals came through on time. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience! We never had to "hold our breath" when our realtor would call thinking the worst (like we did with the selling of our house in another state). If Mary would say "give me 24 hours for an answer," she came back within that 24 hours with an answer. We weren't left hanging or worrying or wondering. Nothing was kept from us or made us feel like games were being played. For that, we were also extremely grateful.

Mary made a very stressful process a breeze. We did some renovations in our home, under the recommendation of Mary for maximizing our selling price, and she handled it all for us. She has a network of contractors she works with to handle any renovation project. All renovations were completed in a week and looked fantastic! As soon as renos we’re done Mary listed our house and had our one and Only open house. We had multiple offers the day after and accepted one. She then had a mover set to pack us up. Mary is a one stop shop. She has a complete package to get your house sold. I’m so glad we listened to her advice as we got our selling price due to it. I can’t recommend Mary enough. She honestly checks off everything you want in a realtor: dependable, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy etc., and a great sense of humor, which I also found helped relieve the stress.
