I had the pleasure of working with Mary Bradley throughout the process of being a first time home owner! I know process can be stressful, so I was not looking forward to it. However, Mary made my experience have as little stress as humanly possible! She is an amazing negotiator and has connections to anyone you can think of at great prices (i.e., inspectors, irrigation, landscaping, floors, etc.). Throughout the process I received emails from Crystal (Mary's assistant) with an updated checklist including steps we completed and pending next steps, which was crutial for my typically overwhelmed brain. Not only is Mary amazing at what she does because she's a workaholic (her words), but she genuinely cares for her clients and is a joy to be around. Mary did a phenomenal job for us! We were under contract within 24 hours of signing with her for full asking price and at the highest price a home has ever sold in our neighborhood!! Mary was fantastic from start to finish during the purchase of our new home. Mary was amazing. While my husband and I really set out and found what we liked immediately, she helped us and was a huge advocate for us, during the home buying and designing process.
