I found myself in an unusual situation with a property that I learned about suddenly, before it was MLS listed, offered by the owner who himself is a licensed real estate broker. So I called Mary right away and arranged for her to be my buyer's broker. She carefully guided me through the process, as I had not bought property before. Her personable style and ability to adapt to my situation made the process easy.

Mary has been an attentive, patient and understanding agent for us. We have been utilizing her services for 5 years because of her professionalism, experience and ability. Other agents have said that if Mary wasn’t our agent they would try to steal us as clients. Mary is the consummate professional, who is appreciated by clients and rival agents alike.

Mary Brannelly is the utmost professional real estate agent, and it is clear she loves her job. I dreaded having to go through the selling process and had expectations of encountering issues throughout. Once I sat with Mary she calmed my nerves and made this go from an 'ordeal' of selling to an actual pleasant experience. I felt like all I needed to do was keep the house clean/presentable and Mary handled the rest. Thank you Mary!!!
