Mary Sue is very knowledgeable and efficient. Great attention to detail and follow thru to closing day A real professional

We were matched with Mary Sue by Realtor.com when I was interested in a property. I could tell by our first phone conversation that she would be perfect for us! Mary Sue was awesome!! She paid attention to EVERYTHING, every step of the way and intervened with mortgage people when necessary...which was OFTEN, I am certain we would never have been able to buy this amazing lake house without her! Can’t say enough good things about Mary Sue! She’s the best and I now consider her a friend! It was clear from the start that Mary Sue would not only be easy to work with, but that she really CARED about not only helping us find the perfect house, but to make the process as easy as possible. We had some big glitches during the process...primarily with the communication and effort on the part of the lender...and Mary Sue continuously fought on our behalf to keep the process moving forward! She never wavered in her dedication. I know she works on commission, but Mary Sue deserves some sort of gigantic bonus for what she did for us!

We live in MA and were purchasing in ME so local knowledge and a clear understanding of our needs were of utmost importance. Mary Sue far exceeded all expectations! If there were ratings beyond EXCELLENT Mary Sue would get the check boxes! Mary Sue did a tremendous job in assisting with our home search. Mary Sue attended open houses, took extensive videos of properties and handled all negotiations on our behalf. We ran her ragged at times but she never complained...a true real estate trooper! Can't say enough about Mary Sue...not enough superlatives to use! I'm hoping she will still be in the business when we are looking to sell or up-purchase in the area, we love ME. If any of our friends or family mention looking in the area, they will be directed to no one other than Mary Sue! We love her!!!

Mary Sue ensured that she understood the type of home that we sought and did an awesome job of following through on everything as we were moving from out of state.

Mary Sue was fantastic. She is fun to work with, very on top of things, and made buying my home just about as easy as it could be!

Mary Sue is a PHENOMENAL realtor! We had the easiest home buying experience with her. We can’t say enough good things about her and we are recommending her to everyone we know that wants a realtor.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mary Sue. If/when we're in the market again, she will be our agent.
