Had she not mentioned how well this condominium complex might fit our needs, we never would have found it. Most importantly, Mary initiated a letter writing campaign on our behalf inquiring from presumably potential sellers at the complex whether they might be interested in putting their property on the market. As it turns out, this approach enabled us to make an offer on the property we eventually closed on, even before it went on the market.
