Mary Jo Garascia

We visited so many homes! It took me a while to sort out what I was looking for. Mary Jo had a lot of patience as we visited nearly 20 homes across the Lansing area. Mary Jo coordinated with everyone very effectively. That allowed me time to focus on my preferences and what was important to me as a first time home buyer. During my home search, she was present and kind as reality confronted my preferences. I had to build a working understanding of what a dollar bought in Lansing and she actively helped me navigate that. My first pick slipped through my fingers, but Mary Jo kept things moving despite house hunting in the hot July weather. My second pick worked out. Mary Jo worked with me on my offer and was very quick when it came to any adjustments. I'm now a happy home owner!

Mary Jo is positive and caring about our concerns and efficient and professional when dealing with our purchase of our condo. She always listened to our concerns and acted on anything we felt important. Using her now to sell our property shows our faith in her ability and work ethic!!

Mary Jo Garascia was helpful in booking home tours very quickly, communicating with various seller's agents, and writing offers quickly. With the housing market moving so fast, these were aspects of the experience that were essential in the home buying process.
