Mary was very helpful throughout the entire process of selling our property. We are out of State so we often needed help and Mary was always reachable and she went above and beyond to make sure we got our issues resolved. We appreciate her referrals to her many local contacts.

Mary was helpful from start to finish from start to finish, she kept things on track and thanks to her we were even able to close much earlier than expected. Great communication and attention to detail which made things so much smoother and she definitely went out of her way to make things work for us the buyer as as well as for the seller.

Mary Meade-Olberding had a way of making us know she was totaly invested in our sale. Cannot image another agent doing a better job. Mary was very professional and extremely knowledgable. Everything was handled in a timely manner and she made the whole process easy for us.

Mary Meade-Olberding was friendly from the very first meeting. We appreciated her honesty regarding the negotiation process of our contract with the sellers. We felt like she genuinely represented us with respect, kindness, and expertise. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Mary Meade Olberding to someone looking to buy a residential property in Prescott.

Mary has the same attention to detail as I do and I really appreciate that in someone who is handling a purchase of this importance. She followed through and did everything that she said she would and more. She was pleasant throughout and very professional. We will definitely use Mary should we ever be crazy enough to move again. ☺️

Mary was highly recommended by the real estate brokers we are working with to sell our current home. She has incredible local knowledge. She is very professional, skilled, proactive, detailed, and patient.

Mary with her expertise and guidance was key to the sale of our home. All the time and help she provided during the process was outstanding. She was always on top of things and took the time to explain the process. She even helped me with follow-ups, as I was working full time and didn't always have time to make calls. Mary was amazing. We felt honored to have her as our agent. Thank you Mary!

After two years, and 4 different agents, Mary was the ONLY one who listened, researched and got things done! Above and beyond, and super responsive, Mary gave us quality insights into the area and really took our needs to heart.
