Mary worked extremely hard to satisfy the needs to the Buyers who were very difficult to deal with. This sale almost fell apart a few time and it was Mary's persistence that made it happen. I would recommend Mary to anyone whether in the Bismarck-Mandan area or in the surrounding 100 mile area. Mary went beyond the call of duty to meet the Buyer's needs. The Owner-Broker that I talked to was very helpful.

Mary was there for us when needed, even she was on vacation she connected with us

Mary never pressured and always had positive comments.
